About David Fowler

David Fowler attended the Pennsylvania State University and York College of Pennsylvania, and currently holds a Bachelors Degree in Music Education.  During his collegiate career, David studied under Dr. Langston J. Fitzgerald III and Dr. Matthew Inkster. David has experience in both classical and jazz, and has performed with groups such as the Penn State Marching Blue Band, Penn State Symphonic Band, Penn State Wind Ensemble, Penn State Inner Dimensions Jazz Ensemble, M&J Big Band, York College Wind Ensemble, and the Baltimore Music Educators Wind Symphony.

In addition to teaching at Artist Music, David is also a Vocal Music Teacher for Baltimore County Public Schools at Dundalk Middle School.
