Elizabeth Borowsky enjoys a vibrant musical career as a solo and collaborative pianist, clinician, educator, and composer. With performances spanning distinguished venues and festivals in over thirty countries, Elizabeth is equally at home performing as a soloist on the stages of Carnegie Hall and The Kennedy Center as she is connecting with audiences in intimate community venues. She is lauded as a sensitive and dynamic collaborative pianist, having worked with acclaimed musicians Amit Peled, Cecylia Barczyk, James Stern, and Erick Friedman, and performs frequently with her family (The American Virtuosi, and The Borowsky Trio). As composer, Ms. Borowsky’s works have been performed by the Tianjin Philharmonic (China), Šiauliai Chamber Orchestra (Lithuania), King David String Ensemble (Israel), and the Cumanayagua Concert Orchestra (Cuba). In 2020, she was named the New Hampshire Commissioned Composer by the Music Teachers National Association. Her collection, 100 Solos for Piano Prodigies, has received critical acclaim as outstanding and relevant musical compositions that address essential technical and artistic skills for young pianists. As founder and director of Piano Prodigies LLC, Elizabeth has earned a reputation as a dedicated and effective teacher. She frequently presents masterclasses, along with her signature workshops on improvisation, stage presence, and yoga for musicians.
